Booking Policy
At our salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best possible experience for every client and respect our team’s schedule, we kindly ask all guests to follow our simple booking guidelines.
Deposit Requirement
A $20 deposit is required to secure every appointment.
This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment (no-show), will result in the forfeiture of your $20 deposit.
The deposit is non-refundable in these cases, as it helps cover the time we have reserved exclusively for you.
Rescheduling
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 2 times, as long as you provide at least 12 hours’ notice before the original appointment time.
Rescheduling more than 2 times will be treated as a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds & Exceptions
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. We will happily refund or transfer your deposit if:

Please note that deposits are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations or late notice, in line with standard industry practice.

By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms above. All policies are designed to be fair and transparent. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings to clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and transactions between the salon and the client.
2. Pricing
• All prices are displayed in-salon and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices may vary depending on nail length, design complexity and additional products used.
3. Appointments & Service Changes
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.
• Any change in design or colour after leaving the salon will require a new service and additional charges.
4. Workmanship Guarantee
• We offer a 72-hour workmanship guarantee from the time of service.
• Any concerns must be reported within this period for assessment.
• Where appropriate, we will offer a repair or correction.
• This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, poor aftercare, or services performed by another salon.
5. Refunds
• Refunds are not provided for a change of mind.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Stamp Cards & Gift Vouchers
• One stamp per visit with a minimum spend of $30.
• No stamps will be issued for back-dated services.
• Gift vouchers must be presented at time of redemption.
• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn as cash.
• Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will not be refunded.
• Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
7. Health & Safety
• Please inform our staff prior to service if you have any medical conditions, allergies, infections, open wounds, or concerns that may affect your treatment.
• The salon reserves the right to refuse service if we believe your health condition is not suitable for the treatment.
• Results may vary depending on natural nail condition, lifestyle and aftercare.
8. Promotions
• Promotional offers may be subject to date and time restrictions.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless stated.
9. Booking & Late Policy
• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may lose priority and be required to wait as a walk-in or reschedule.
• No-shows or repeated late arrivals may result in loss of booking privileges or a requirement for prepayment.
• The salon reserves the right to decline future bookings for clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations.
10. Client Conduct
After five for more nail tips get installed, if client want to change their mind. A $5 dollar fee is incured.
• We kindly ask all clients to treat our staff with respect.
• The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or abusive behavior.
• Photography or video recording within the salon is only permitted with prior approval from management.
11. Parents & Children:
For the comfort and safety of all guests at Joynails, children must be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times.
Our team is unable to provide childcare and cannot assume responsibility for supervising children.
Service Descriptions:
Manicure: Cuticle care, buff, shape, hand massage, and polish/gel application.
Pedicure: Warm soak, exfoliation, massage, hot towel, cuticle care, shape, and polish/gel.
Gel Polish (Shellac): Professional base, color, and top coat application on natural nails.
BIAB: A thicker gel overlay designed to strengthen and enhance natural nail growth.
Acrylic: Liquid & powder system to shape and strengthen nails. Available as Overlay (on natural nails) or Extension (with tips).
Refill: Fills the growth gap of acrylic nails. Recommended every 2–3 weeks.
Builder Gel: A flexible, lightweight, and odorless gel for strength or extensions. Promotes healthy nail growth.
